Sigmund recently stopped off in New York City to spend a couple of days with Beth.
Beth and Sigmund really painted the town red! Looks like they sampled a bit of everything.

Everywhere that Sigmund went, he drew crowds of curious New Yorkers. Everyone loved him and wished all of you guys luck with the fund raiser. (Talk about publicity for Laurell's books!) Here goes the assorted stories of Sigmund's trip to NY: Well, as you know, Sigmund arrived in the pouring rain on a holiday weekend. As a result, we were confined to indoor activities. Sigmund attended two grown up dinner parties on Friday and Saturday night, and three children's birthday parties - one on Friday, one Saturday, one Sunday. He was the hit of all of the parties, but there are no pictures because there were several dissenting opinions on the posting of the photos to a web site, party poopers - sorry! On Monday, the sun popped out and we popped through the Brooklyn Battery tunnel to see the parade. On the drive uptown Sig got to cruise the Empire State building, Chelsea, Wall Street, Soho, and he got some nice views of Lady Liberty herself. Sig also passed ground zero, but we did not feel that taking photos of the site was appropriate.

Sigmund and friends visit the John Lennon Memorial. In photo 4, lunch is over; and Sigmund the political radical leaves his lunch date with plans to meet up the very next day for a protest in Brooklyn. Meanwhile, he strolls down Central Park West to Strawberry Fields. Here he stops for a photo with some fellow Lennon lovers. Sigmund just keeps making friends wherever he goes!
